The Drunken Duck is a family run Bar & Restaurant and sits on the top road from Greencastle to Shroove, a few minutes drive from Moville and the Greencastle Ferry. It enjoys magnificent views of Lough Foyle and the palatial Downhill Castle, with the Derry and Antrim coastline extending from Magilligan Point to the Giant’s Causeway.  A view of Scotland’s Mull of Kintyre may be enjoyed on a clear day. 

A fully licensed and recently renovated bar and restaurant the Drunken Duck still retains the character of a rural hostelry, and a warm welcome always awaits you.  To take full advantage of the spectacular view’s we have two conservatories overlooking the Mouth of Lough Foyle.

Within the original century old building there is a large but cosy bar/restaurant area with open fires at each end perfect for those cooler days.

We have an extensive A la Carte menu including fresh locally sourced Seafood and our Famous Sunday lunch is without a doubt the best value in Donegal.
